Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are scheduled at the time they are placed. Orders may be cancelled at no charge, provided the communication is received at least twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled delivery time and date. In the event customer does not wish to re-schedule the order, any payment will be refunded in full.
In the event customer cancels an order less than twenty-four hours from the scheduled delivery time, a cancellation fee of $85.00 will apply, whether or not the customer chooses to reschedule.
